Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My father pasted away three years ago. We when through probated court but we noticed that the Deed on the house still has his name on it. How do I get his name removed and add my name?

You don't. Names are not removed or added from deeds. The appropriate new deeds (and perhaps related documents) are prepared by qualified attorneys. This is something that should have been properly handled from the beginning. See a lawyer now to do it correctly.
