Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
My father setup a trust and has signed everything over to me and my sister. We are trustee's and have a Power of Attorney. Can he make any changes to his trust without our knowledge? Thanks for your help.

That depends on the wording of the trust. As trustees you should be familiar with that wording. The answer could be yes or no depending on the wording.

Read the trust. Is it irrevocable or revocable? If there is a section in the trust allowing for amendment/revocation, then the answer is yes.
