Most Puerto Rican attorneys speak fluent English. Look at the attorney directory on the Puerto Rico Bar Assn website: http://www.prba.net/ under real estate.

Attorney Ashman gives good advice. Unless a Georgia lawyer is also licensed in Puerto Rico they will not be able to give you much help. You may want to see if you can re-post and direct your questions to Puerto Rico attorneys.
