I cant find the form to file an inventory of assets of an estate for Georgia Probate. Do you have one?

If you can't find something that basic, PLEASE get a lawyer. You are likely, by failing to do even minimal homework, making what could be costly missteps.
(The Georgia standard probate forms are available in three separate formats on the Georgia Probate Court website, as well as many of the local court websites, and in many of the clerk's offices).
Here is a form from Fulton County, although you should check with the probate court for the county in which the estate is probated: http://www.fultoncountyga.gov/forms
You also can check the standard GA probate court website, but I did not see an inventory listed there: http://www.gaprobate.org/forms_word.php. They do offer forms in word perfect, microsoft word and fillable and blank .pdf forms.
Attorney Ashman is correct - doing this yourself is not a good idea. It would be better for you to hire an attorney to help you with probate.
