Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I can't find a renunciation form for the executrix can I just write out something stating that and have it notorized?

No. I would not recommend that. Executrix is the one who will be renouncing. Unless you are a lawyer you cannot prepare legal documents for her. She should have an estate attorney who can draft that for her. If there is no attorney, ,then either go to a law library and look at a form book or try and find the form online for your county or ask the probate clerk.
