Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
What form do I use if I wish to give up my inheritance to my brother?

There is no form that does this. No such "form" exists.
What documents are needed are specific to each probate and would need to be custom drafted to the probate. That means you need a lawyer and not forms. This is not a do-it-yourself project. In fact, the wrong language could screw up a real estate title and make it unmarketable, and could have gift tax consequences.
The "form" you are talking about is called a disclaimer. This has to be done within a certain time after death. Please see a lawyer. These things are not all that expensive and it will be well worth the cost to have it done right. There are no forms for this unless you go to a law library and encounter one in an estate manual. Disclaimers should comply with both federal and state law.
