Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
The form for the will from LegalForm.com says it is appropriate for an estate under $2000. This is for a single person, never married, no children, but an estate well over $2000. Is this for acceptable?

How could we know, without reviewing the document to see if it complies with GA law to the letter? If you choose to buy cheap forms you take your chances. If and when the document is invalidated, it'll be too late to do it right.
In my experience, these will forms may or may not be accurate depending on your circumstances. In some cases, there are peculiarities of state law which the forms do not address or even worse, they are based on some other state's law and are not even correct. Even if the form is ok, it still requires you to complete the form and if you have anything out of the ordinary, you may do so incorrectly or may not execute it correctly (Georgia has some specific requirements in this regard which you need to be aware of). In either case, you risk dying without a will (a will can be thrown out if its invalid) or causing some other problem and leaving your beneficiaries an expensive lawsuit. And all because you hoped to save a few dollars by doing it yourself.
If you do not have the skills then hire a professional and have it done correctly. Estate planning packages are not all that expensive. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested.
