Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Do grandchildren of deceased have any rights regarding what happened to their grand parents estate? Our father preceded them in death and no one will give us any information regarding their will.

Yes, if you are in the will, you have a right to know. If you are not in the will, you do not have the right to know. Consult a Georgia probate attorney regarding your rights and options and the cost.
