Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

grandmother kept stock that deceased granfather had set up for grandchild

In early 80's I had been seeing a man for a # of years. , that is now deceased. I had a child from another marriage. He was about 4 years old at the time. the guy I was seeing, his mother married a man, which told us if we would marry(which we did) after the child had been in the family for 2 years, within our marriage covenant, that he would set the child up with some stock and when he turned 18 he could have the cash from it. He told all the grandchildren the same thing. We got married and I had a child with him. In the meantime , before any grandchild turned 18, the man died. As each grandchild turned 18, they got the cash that thier stock was worth, except the child I had in my previous marriage. The woman , meaning my ex mother-n-law, kept my sons (the child from my prior marriage)cash from the stock, but my younger child got his and the reat of the grandchildren. Is their anything I can do to collect for my son, which is now 31 years old.
