what to do about grandmothers will

my uncle convinced my grandmother to put all her land in his name before she passed. She passsed over 5 yrs ago n my uncle has not had the will probated. He was supposed to have split the land w me n my other uncle. He will not n I dont even know what is n the will. Its so wrong bc i lived w my grandmother n took care of her until she died. What can I do?
