am I an heir in uncle's will?
How can I find out if my uncle left me or my children anything in his will? He died about 10 months ago in GA. where he lived in a nursing home, he was buried in Ohio.

You're going to need to do some detective work to find out if he even left a Will. I would start with the Probate Court in the county in which he lived when he died.
