Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Heritage property

We have heritage property in my family for generations on my mother's side of family. When she passed away, all her children were informed if they didn't sign everything over to their father, the bank would demand full payment of a lean against property. Since we signed, our father has sold over half the farm, give the rest of the farm to one son, remarried and filled out living will for house to go to new wife, which he didn't pay for the house. Is it legal for him to leave 4 out of 5 children out of property that was passed down throught generations?

Re: Heritage property

You dont give me enough facts to answer the question, however, I bet that you lose your entire claim (forever and ever) on the fact of "since we signed." You should not have signed, hired a lawyer and challenged the bank and the father. I expect this case was over at signing, "Since we signed..." HCW
