Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My husband and I reside in Athens, Georgia which is not a commmunity property state.
My husband has a money market account that does not have my name on it. If he predeceases me, would I have access to these funds?

Re: ineritance
No. Unless it was set up as a joint account, it would be part of the estate and would have to be probated. After that the money might still not be yours as creditors, taxes and other heirs also might have claims.
