inheritance of land i cannot sell
i inherit land from my father, in his will it states that the land cannot be sold until i die. after probation of the will, is the mine to do as i wish or does this stipulation hold and for how long?

Hard to tell what you have without more details, but you probably have a life estate in the land or the land is in a trust. If so the life estate last as long as you are alive then the property goes to whom ever the will says gets the land next. If the land is in trust you will need to review the trust document or the provisions in the will that sets up the trust.
