Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Inheritance
My wife of 40 years inherited a large sum of money. We have always split any monies, properties and other inheritances. She has not included me in this inheritance. Am I entitled to any of it?

Re: Inheritance
The law gives you no right to share in a spouse's inheritance.

Re: Inheritance
Generally, no. However, it sounds like a divorce may be in the offing if you are considering an adversarial claim to this property (Not that I would wish a divorce on anyone. I have handled too many of them and still do.) Consult with a local attorney.
