land

I have been paying taxes on some land own by my cousin for 10yrs and she has died. what can i do to own the land.

buy it from the estate. If they won't sell it then you can file a claim against the estate the amount of money you loaned your cousin. Hopefully, you got something in writing. You really need to consult an attorney to give them the details.

You need to see if there is a Will. If not, you may need to administer the estate so you can file a claim against it. Consult with a local attorney.
