Legal Heirs Access to Information & Will Status
Are legal heirs( as listed in will) allowed to access information concerning the status and finances of the estate from the executor or the attorney of record for the estate and are they bound by law to answer the inquiries

The executor of an estate usually has to give an accounting to the heirs of the assets in the estate and any money spent by the estate.
