Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Is it legal for my sister to let her daughter live on property that my mom and dad left in there will to 6 kids ? The will states it to be sold and divided It is up for sale but can she let her live there till it sales. The exsective of will told her to leave but se want. Wat rights do we have

You've asked the same question three times and although you have added information, a reading of the will and probate papers is needed to answer. The only person who can make decisions about the estate is the executor, and she may want to see a lawyer (she should already have one). If you disagree with the executor's choices, you need to see a lawyer too.
From your post, the property does not belong to your sister or your daughter. That is your answer. What if all the kids decided to tell their family and friends to use the property as they wanted. That is what you are asking. Think that makes sense?
