Life Insurance Disbursement

If a Life Insurance Policy states a certain time frame for disbursement, say to a minor, can this disbursement date be challenged and overturned in a court of law, before or even after the time of death of policy holder

A life insurance policy is a contract between the owner of the policy and the insurance company. I doubt very seriously that you could successfully challenge the policy unless you could show, e.g., tht the owner was not in full charge of his/her mental faculties when he/she took out the policy. You should have the policy and the surrounding facts reviewed by a local attorney.
