Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
I made a will on LegalZoom.com. It leaves my son to someone other than a blood relative. Will that stand in probate?

Your son is not a piece of property.

If you did what you said, your will is probably a piece of garbage. And did Legal Zoom advise you as to how competing claims from the other parent may override your will?
I stropngly urge people to avoid LegalZoom and similar sites. If they do botch things up, you don't know until it's too late.
For a couple hundred dollars, a real lawyer can write a real will, with proper guardianship and testamentary trust language. Isn't your child worth that?
