Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

After our marriage, my husband aquired 4 commercial properties in GA. After an almost fatal accident, his mother got him to transfer the property into a trust with my in-laws and me as beneficiaries. Could he transfer the property by quit claim without my consent and signature?

Did you have an interest in the properties (ie, were you on the deed)? You left out the most important facts.
