Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
A marriage license was obtain with false information in a GA probate court.
On the marriage application it stated there were NO impediments and a March no fault divorce, not so.
The divorce court date was April 10 (same year) and he got married the next day April 11 (same year).
Divorce became final 59 days later June 9 (same year).
I was informed by a friend who is not a lawyer, I had to contact the probate court Judge or chief clerk to investigate this matter administratively because he did not have a divorce decree to show he was divorce.
QUESTION?
1. How do I go about contacting the probate court Judge or chief clerk or the administration?
2. Do I need to have a lawyer to start this process?

You asked this question once, got a complete answer, and have posted it two more times. Read the original response to you.
You don't post any relevant information. Why is this your issue? Why is the probate court involved? Is this a probate estate in Georgia?
Assuming that this is for a Georgia estate, then go to:

Find the county in which this is pending and get the information. Write to the judge AND the parties, such as the lawyer for the estate if that is what you want to do.
If you have to ask whether you need a lawyer, then you need a lawyer. I would seek out a probate attorney in the county/state where the estate is pending.
