Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

A marriage license was obtain with false information in a GA probate court.

On the marriage application it stated there were NO impediments and a March no fault divorce, not so.

The divorce court date was April 10 (same year) and he got married the next day April 11 (same year).

Divorce became final 59 days later June 9 (same year).

I was informed by a friend who is not a lawyer, I had to contact the probate court Judge or chief clerk to investigate this matter administratively because he did not have a divorce decree to show he was divorce.

QUESTION?

1. How do I go about contacting the probate court Judge or chief clerk or the administration?

2. Do I need to have a lawyer to start this process?
