Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My mom just died and left me a house in her will. The house is paid for, but I do not know what to do at this point. Could you give me a little help as to the direction I should go from here?

Step one is hire a lawyer. The will has to be probated. Once that happens, and the rest of the estate is settled, then property can be distrubuted, usually by an assent to devise.
