Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

mom came under hospice a month ago. she moved in with my sister. my sister removed several household appliances and furniture from moms house and put it in her house. mom died yesterday and now my sister says mom gave her the stuff and it is not part of moms estate

You didn't ask a question. Whomever is the estate's executor may have to make inquiry as to whether it was a gift (sister is correct) or was not (she's incorrect).
