Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My mom is currently living in her deceased moms house and land in Bainbridge GA. My mom would like to transfer the rights of the property in her name. There was no will nor any power of attorney. How can she do this without her mom alive. Thanks.

You haven't given us enough information to know if she can (such as if their were other heirs or creditors), but step one is to see a lawyer. Assuming she is an heir or the heir, she can then petition to administer the estate.
