Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My Mom passed away Dec. 20, 2009. She left me an old rental house she owned. My Brother is the executer of the will. He called me in April or May and said he had finally gotten the will probated. I have done nothing but now I want to try to sell the house. What do I need to do in order to sell it? The house is in Georgia and I live in Texas.

Once the personal representative transfers title to you, you can hire a real estate agent to sell the property. However, you cannot do anything until you obtain title.
