if my mother died in georgia without a will and owned property and bank accounts which my name is on is my sister entitled to anything if my mother did not want her to have it

Maybe. Maybe not. "Which my name is on" tells us almost nothing. What matters is exactly what is on the accounts and documents, and not what your mother intended. Those are the details you left out.
