My mother died in 2010, she had no will and I have been looking after her affairs and estate since. Now my three brothers who haven't done anything want to become the administrator's of her estate. One of my brothers' has recently been released from prison. All three of them have done this without my knowledge. What is the next step?

Why if your mother died in 2010 did you not seek to probate her estate before this? You have been negligent in not acting sooner. You need to get a probate lawyer now to object to the appointment of any of your brothers.
You have been negligent in waiting two years so you may have a difficult time convincing a court that you should be in charge. You need a lawyer if you wish to object to their filing.
