Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My mother past and her will stated that she wanted to be cremated and she had a no contest provision. Since my brother who was the executor buried her rather than follow her final wishes, isn't that a contest to her will?

No. Wills control property and it is legally useless to put funeral plans in a will.
