My mother did not have a will. My brothers and I are in agreement on money and property. What is my first step in settlin her estate

Initially you need to see a lawyer. My office handles these type matters (404-768-3509).

In some cases you will need a formal estate administration, but with everyone agreeable, we might be able to file for No Administration and settle the case that way.
