Moving deceased person
The burial site that my brother was put in 10 years ago is in horrible condition. We were wondering if it's legal to have him moved to another location in Georgia. If so what kind of process would we have to go through?

A permit is required. It is issued by the official in the county who maintains the vital records on birth, death, etc. That is more than likely the Probate Court in the county where your brother is buried;.
