I have a non monetary default judgement against a Texas Trustee from a Georgia court. The Trust is Texas based, how do I enforce this?

You will need to ask Texas lawyers how to enforce a judgment in TX.

I agree with Attorney Riddle. If the trustee has no assets or dealings in GA, then the GA judgment is useless. You have to get a TX attorney who practices in the county in TX where the trustee is at and register the GA judgment in TX. Once registered it can then be enforced like a TX judgment.
