No. You cannot do the paper work "may self". It would be a complete disaster.

Go hire an attorney to draft a proper document.

The fact that you posted in very imperfect English shows what a disaster it would be.

People can remove their own appendix too but without training you'll bleed to death. Drawing up something as dangerous and powerful as a POA without knowing the dangers, what you should and should not say, etc. could be VERY costly.

You definitely need legal counsel.

While I agree with my collegeagues that this is not something you should do yourself, and would encourage you to obtain a lawyer. Powers of attorney are not all that expensive.

However, there is a free form in the Georgia statutes for a financial power of attorney in OCGA O.C.G.A. � 10-6-142 The power of attorney for healthcare is at O.C.G.A. � 31-32-4
