Need Help

What if the Personal represenative wants to change what the will states? The will states that my mother wanted her car paid off and sold. And that the money was to be split with me and my 3 sibilings. now my sister the PR wants to give the 2005 Kia LX car to my mothers boyfried for the $2,000 that is still owed on it when it is worth $9,500. I don't agree. what can be done now? My mother died on 6/1/07 in Georgia. My sister the PR is allowing my mothers boyfriend to keep the car even though it is in my deseased mothers name and insurance. What should I do?

The PR is obligated to follow the will. Go to the attorney handling the estate and advise the siblings want to share the money according to the will. I doubt a Kia LX (2005) is worth 9500 in the private market, so your numbers are a little off.
