Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Post Probate Rights

My husband's estate was probated over a year ago - one other heir besides myself was stepson. He signed w/no contest. Now he is threatening legal action if I don't give him more stating that I told him he was to get this before my husband's passing - he said, she said as we don't agree on what was said, nor does he have anything on paper from me or a witness to prove his case. I thought when he signed for probate to commence he waived his right in a contest of this nature - (grounds for contest being his sole right). Is there a statute of limitations on a contest of this type or when he signed was that it?
