power of attorney

I have power of attorney for my son who is in the military he has gotten married but states that he wants it to remain in force - he also does not want to name her in his will.does the marraige null the power of attorney?

Your son needs to see a lawyer. He cannot, at least in Georgia, disinherit a spouse, as a spouse can claim year's support from an estate. Marriage has nothing to do with a power of attorney, and a power of attorney has nothing to do with a will.

Marriage will not affect the P/A. However, the Will issue is tricky. He needs to consult with an attorney.
