power of atty w/ two children

I have two children who are with my parents. They live with them while I am trying to get myself on my feet. They have different fathers both paying support. One is out of state the other in the state of Georgia which is the state I live. I would like to give my parents a general power of atty over my affairs including and most importantly over my children. Which form would I use.

You can certainly give your parents a P/A for your own affairs, but you can't give them a P/A dealing with the kids. Consult with a local attorney.

You need to see a lawyer to do a guardianship. A power of attorney won't do what you want to do.
