Probate Ct.-accounting petition-Cobb Co., Ga

If we ask ct. appted admin's to supply an acct. of 3 family members who took it upon themselves to access our aun't home and bank accts, dep. boxes, etc., and then went over 2 months later to apply for administrator's, will we or the estate be responsible for any legal fees for the admin. of the estate and will we or the estate be responsible for any legal fees incurred by the 3 family members that we want an accounting from. We were told we had to ask for a legal accounting from the ct. appointed admin's. We trust them, it is the family members that we want the accting from. Thanks
