Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

probate

Probate judge has ordered that I post bond for 400,000.00 for my late moms estate. I am unable to post bond for that amount. What are the options in this case? I am in the state of Ga. Is is possible to get the bond removed. We are not filing either will and have agreed as to how to divide everything and signed off and Judge has ok'd everything up to this point

Re: probate

If all beneficiaries are adults and agree, bond can be waived upon application to the probate court.

I strongly suggest retaining a lawyer for this proceeding.
