Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Probate or not

Mother recently passed away, she had a room mate for 15 yrs. Her house was put in all 4 daughters names so house cannot be touched. She has a van, truck, and camper. Is there anyway these can go to her partner and not have to be sold to satisfy the other sisters. We all agree he can stay in the house till his death but I expect that to be challanged soon. Does her will have to be probated?

You do not state a thing about what the will provides, so your questions about the property cannot be answered. If you are asking whether you can just toss out the will, against the wishes of people who are to get property, the answer is no. That is the reason people have wills.
