Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Probating a Will
My father signed a standard Last Will & Testament Form 6/8/00. How he wanted his assest distributed was noted on the will by saying see attached. The original will was witnessed and date 6/8/00. However the attached was not witness but was dated 6/08/03. I need to know if this is a valid Will and if not can it be contest on the grounds of invalide excution of a Will?

Re: Probating a Will
There is no such thing as a "standard will form." You also can't attach things to a will.
Although no one can say for sure without seeing the documents, a later document would likely be deemed to be a revocation of the will, and since the later document isn't witnessed, that would probably mean he died with no will.
You badly need to see a lawyer to address what likely now has become a complex problem.
