Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
If you are on probation and are charged with DUI but are not guilty of these charges, how should you pled in court when charged with violation of probation? The court date for violation of probation is before the court date for the DUI. The blood test will not come back to prove that the DUI was a false charge for serveral more weeks. How should you pled in this case for the violation of probation?

Since you could end up in jail, you should get a lawyer to properly handle the case and not ask online where no one has seen the paperwork.
This is NOT a probate question. Probate does not equal violation of probation. Probate concerns the estates of dead people - paying their debts and providing for the orderly transfer of the dead person's assets to the living.
Violation of probation involves the criminal law. You need a criminal lawyer in the county where the charges are pending against you. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, a public defender is appointed for you.
You plead not guilty of course! You need to talk with your criminal lawyer NOW.
