Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I do have my probation fees and court is tomorrow. Will I be arrested?

My PO gave me til tomorrow to pay my probation fees or go to my court date. I do not have all my fees. Will I be arrested when I get there? What options are available to avoid jail time. I received one year probation for driving with a suspended license which is up in about a month.

If you have court tomorrow, certainly you have already retained a lawyer to go with you. If you have not, shut down your computer, pick up the phone, and try to find someone to hire today. You certainly need to bring a lawyer when you face revocation and jail.

Probate is NOT the same as probation.

This is a criminal law issue, not one governing the disposition of property.

You either need a criminal law attorney or if you cannot afford one, one will be appointed for you. If you have one, you need to discuss this issue with him or her.
