Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Who's property is it?

After the death of my uncle, my aunt made a new will that named me as her sole beneficiary. I'm considered the daughter my aunt never had. Years later my aunt remarried. She and her new husband both being widowers always talked about making new wills but never did. After years of battling breast cancer my aunt has since passed away. My question is, since I was named my aunt's sole beneficiary in the only will that was ever made by my aunt years ago, am I entitled to anything or is this will null and void since my aunt remarried? I know that my aunt would have wanted me to have ownership of all her property, savings, etc. but she never made a new will. Who has the law on their side, me (the niece) or the new husband?

Remarriage does not void a will. Hire an attorney and have it probated.
