who does this property legally belong to?
I leave my husband 4 years ago,divorce him and move in with a man who said he'd divorce his wife but never did,i was getting ready to leave him, so he gets me a legal document that puts he and i owners of this trailer and land so in the event anything happened to him I would not be put out.ok, we find out he;s been messing with my grandchildren he admits it and i leave him, it's now time to go to trial and he commits sucicide, but before he did he had changed the property ,took his name off of ,and put his wife's in his place so now the property is in mine and hers name .Was that legal? if so i'm assumeing we'll have to sell the property and sp;it 50, 50. Need some legal advice please!

There is no way to answer such a complex set of transaction without hiring a lawyer, and you need to do so immediately.
