How do I prove a marriage is invalid so that the husband who I suspect is still married to another women does not get my mothers life insurance since at the time of her death a beneficiary was not named?

You haven't said why you suspect that. To marry you legally he had to get divorced. If you know he did not, you need a lawyer to seek an annulment, and he likely will have to be arrested since bigamy is a crime.
