Question about dead mothers estate
My mother died about a year ago. There were four living children. My brother and one of my sisters took my mother to a lawyer sereral months before she died with out me or my other sister knowing. They had her sign over her home to them and after she died my brother gave his have to the sister for my mothers truck and items out of the house. Me and my other sister were also taken of the will. It should be noted that my mother had alzheimers disease. And was placed in a home shortly after the trip to the lawyer. After she passed away we were never notified of a will reading so i called her lawyer and was told what happened. The house is now up for sell and I was wondering if there was anything legally I could do about this. I fill she was taken advantage of.
