Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Question on Wills
What is the procedure to make a will? What is the difference b/t Will and living Trust? I'm single, no children having a home and wants to make a Will. Is Will alone enough or should I create a living trust?

Re: Question on Wills
Most people who have a living trust also need a will. Very few people benefit from a living trust, and doing one properly is very expensive compared to a will. In general, unless you have a very large multi million dollar estate or expect unusual probate problems, a will is what most people need.
Call my office to help you with one.
Re: Question on Wills
Most individuals do not have estate issues that make a living will adviseable. You are wise not to delay estate planning and would benefit from seeking the assistance of an attorney who can determine what measures should be taken and draft a will that is likely to survive any potential challenges.
My office can offer you assistance that is friendly and reasonable if you are not already working with someone.
Re: Question on Wills
If you don't know what you need, one thing is for sure: you need a lawyer. Consult with a local attorney.
