How to and what questions to ask a Tax Attorney? I need to file taxes on an Irrevocable trust for my minor son

You don't necessarily need a tax attorney. Go and see a good CPA - not a tax service place but a real CPA who is familiar with the taxation of trusts.

You don't provide any information or indicate what you want to know. Generally, trusts have to pay tax on income and are taxed at whatever rate applies to trusts. Who set up the irrevocable trust? There may be some tax consequences for that person but you don't provide any information about them either so its not possible to know if they are alive or dead or what tax consequences there might be. Nor do you indicate how much is in the trust or when the trust was set up.
